I am such a weirdo, I know, but we went to PA last week (it was FANTASTIC by the way) and my cousin Heather, her man, Chad, and I went to Primanti Brother's for my birthday... And I was like a fat kid in a candy store!! It has been FOREVER since I have been there! Chad doesn't like their sandwiches, so we never go. The only one I've ever been to is the one in the city and when you walk in it's total chaos. People shouting orders, a short menu with not much more then meats listed on it, and a steady flow of people who knew what they wanted before they got there. If you ask for anything special, you basically piss off an entire room full of people. So anyway, my cousin took us to the one in Cranberry, on the outskirts of the city. It's a large sit down place with a full menu including pizza's, burgers, apps. etc. BLISS!!! Now we can go! :o) From now on, I will be setting up a dates in cranberry with random people each and every trip! :o)

We actually ate in Cranberry twice. On Sunday we were able to see my buddies Cory, along with his new girlfriend, and Steve. (Both went with my brother and I to Australia years ago) Just so happened Steve was leaving Monday for Spain, Cory was on his way through from DC to Erie, and my brother and I just got into town. We declared 'fate' and decided we couldn't pass it up. It's always so good to see those guys!! They've both captured a piece of my heart and I'll love them forever <3
We also saw tons of friends and family having a wedding, the forth, and my birthday all squeezed into four days, but I think the very best part was hanging with my parents <3 Dad was able to take off the entire time we were home and Momma was off for the long weekend. That doesn't normally happen. We go there, they work all day (as do all of my friends) then everyone's available at night. So chad and I sit around all day with nothing to do, then run around like crazy till 2am and barely get to see my folks. This trip was different.. It was nice.
We went to a wedding/ pig roast/ bon fire the size of my house, with the family. Had a luncheon with old friends I don't get to see often enough. Put up a pool and watched fireworks with the greatest neighbors in the world. Hung out with a half dozen small groups of wonderful people. And spent the night of my birthday at the bar with a couple of my favorite people on the planet!! :o) And yes, I was completely toasted. tehe I ate something from Sheetz at 2:30am and slept like a baby. And YES I had a DD! Shame on you for asking! ;o) No I did not get sick, nor did I wake with a hangover. I lived through college holding three jobs, I'm a pro! ...Well, with the exception of my brother's wedding. *whoosh!* I went WELL beyond letting go that night.. and will never do that again not ever! Chad took my picture, face in a bucket, makeup smeared down my face, pretty red dress, hair in spiral curls...... A flippin hot mess!! ........So embarrassing. Never, ever, ever again.
Miss everyone already. My heart totally resides in Western Pennsylvania <3 Always
